However, it may happen that you made a mistake with your purchase or that you are not satisfied with the way the order went. You can then return the product to us within 14 days. The product must be complete and in proper packaging. Products that are damaged are not eligible for refund. The costs and the risk of returning are for the account of the customer. In the above case, Buitensportvoeding.nl will refund the shipping costs to you. Packages that are not prepaid will always be refused by us.
