Returns and exchanges

There are a number of reasons why you may need to return a product or order, including:

  1. You made a mistake or you are not satisfied (satisfaction guarantee)
  2. An incorrect product has been delivered
  3. The delivery was damaged during transport

Below you can read how to return your product or order in such situations.

 
Satisfaction Guarantee / Cooling-off Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Buitensportvoeding.nl. However, it may happen that you made a mistake with your purchase or that you are not satisfied with the way the order went. You can then return the product to us within 14 days. The product must be complete and in proper packaging. Products that are damaged are not eligible for refund. The costs and the risk of returning are for the account of the customer. The cooling-off period of 14 days only applies to consumers.

 

Some products do not qualify for our satisfaction guarantee:

  • Articles that are incomplete
  • Items that are damaged
 
Defective or incorrect product

Return procedure

Always contact our customer service first!

  1. Please make sure to include your (copy) invoice with the shipment.
  2. Make sure you include a thorough complaint description.
  3. Make sure the product is returned complete.
  4. Make sure you pack properly.
  5. Please include your email address and/or telephone number where you can be reached.
  6. Make sure you send your package with sufficient postage.

Return costs

The costs for returning a product are at the expense of the customer, unless it concerns a product incorrectly delivered by us.

 

Please note:  all returns must be sent prepaid. In the above case, Buitensportvoeding.nl will refund the shipping costs to you. Packages that are not prepaid will always be refused by us. Please include your bank or giro number with this shipment, so that we can refund the costs incurred for sending it to you.

 

Conditions for exchanges and returns

The following guidelines apply to all returns:

• The product must be provided with a (clear) problem description

  • The product must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice
  • The product must be properly packaged

 

Suggestions and complaints

At Buitensportvoeding.nl everything revolves around satisfied customers. If you do have a bad experience with our service, we would like to hear about it. You can address your complaint to the  customer service department . You will always receive a decision about your complaint within 1 week.

If you are not satisfied with the answer from our customer service, you can address your complaint to the management. This can only be done in writing:
